SUMMARY:virtual Exchanges Facilitator Training
DESCRIPTION:\nThe Green Bridges project brings together youth organisations
  from across Europe and Africa to explore climate action and social innova
 tion through virtual exhange. As a facilitator\, you can play a key role i
 n making theses exchanges meaningful\, inclusive and impactful.\n\n\n\nThe
  training runs over 5 weeks\, starting Thursday 21 May 2026. Sessions take
  place every Thursday from 17:00–18:30 CEST\, with two additional practi
 cal workshops on Wednesdays.\n\n\n\nAll sessions are held online via Zoom.
  The training uses a non-formal\, learning-by-doing approach – expect in
 teractive activities\, peer exchange\, role-play and real practice. The tr
 aining language will&nbsp\; be English and where needed translations will 
 be provided.\n\n\n\n→ Design and lead interactive online sessions&nbsp\;
 \n\n\n\n→ Facilitate inclusive\, engaging discussions across cultures\n\
 n\n\n→ Moderate sessions with invited expert speakers\n\n\n\n→ Manage 
 group dynamics in an online environment\n\n\n\n→ Confidently use digital
  tools – including Zoom and the ANW platform – for facilitation\n\n\n\
