Janam Shrestha has been part of the Weltweit community since 2024 and supports the team as Social Media Manager. Originally from Nepal, she is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Tropical and International Forestry in Göttingen. With a background in Environmental Science, she has over three years of experience working in wildlife conservation, focusing particularly on red pandas and pangolins in Nepal. She is passionate about the power of social media to share inspiring work from around the world with a wider audience in engaging and accessible ways.
